When AI chat is used, submitted messages and images are processed only to fulfill the request. 2. Chart images and conversations Chart images submitted for analysis are not stored as a permanent image library in the database. They are used during the analysis session and removed under the service processing lifecycle. Limited operational metadata may be retained for abuse prevention and troubleshooting without retaining the image itself. 3. How data is used Data is used to manage accounts, provide gold analysis, signals and news, deliver selected notifications, secure the service, and improve performance. 4. Data sharing We do not sell personal data. Hosting, database, notification, and AI providers may process only the information required to perform their specific service. 5. Security and retention We apply reasonable safeguards and restricted access. Data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the service and meet applicable obligations, then deleted or de-identified. 6.
